Holds a B.Arch degree from the Tel Aviv University School of Architecture.

In 2001, Lior joined Mosessco, and after planning an extensive collection of projects, he became a senior architect and head of urban planning department. In 2013, Lior became a partner.

Avivi coordinates the urban planning and promotes some of the largest and most complex projects in Israel while establishing strong ties with local authorities, regional councils, and senior bodies in the economic field.

Lior holds a certification for accompanying green construction on behalf of the Standards Institute as well as the American LEED+ standard. He also serves as an urban consultant for Netivei Israel.
